John Marshall Joyce, 59, of Godfrey, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Beverly Farm Foundation. He was born in Springfield on November 18, 1965, the son of James Thomas Sr. and Barbara M. (Koltun) Joyce.
John worked for the State of Illinois in various roles through special SPARC programs, including a position with the Illinois Commerce Commission. He was a member of Church of the Little Flower, performing as a server and greeter. John was a lifetime member of the Route 66 Car Club and Kids are Kids Car Group.
Visitation: Family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Butler Funeral Home- Springfield, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield.
Graveside service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Camp Butler National Cemetery.
