Sharon Crawford Obituary
Sharon Marie Crawford, 85, of Springfield, passed away on Friday, June 28, 2024.
Sharon was born on March 10, 1939, in Springfield, the daughter of Elwin R. and Pearl M. (Howard) Thompson. She married Larry Crawford on September 4, 1958 and he preceded her in death on June 19, 2011.
Sharon was an avid animal lover and enjoyed dancing, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband; her daughter, Karen Fletcher; and her brother E. Robert Thompson.
Sharon is survived by her two daughters, Patty Steskal and Lori (Joe) Christine; three grandchildren, Ashley Christine, Christopher Steskal and Daniel Fletcher and two great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 10:00AM at Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield, IL. with Pastor Michael Koschmann officiating.
